Lydia Nelson - 2007 Honda Accord
So Karl and Sherry were an absolute pleasure working with. I was able to come down and look at it and test drive the car and come home to get kids and husband to help drive one back. They were so nice and flexible if my time was not exactly when I said I would be there (kiddos seem to influence that lol). The car seems really clean and had a nice paper trail from Carfax they sent me in email. Even when Karl pulled it out as we were driving out there to pick it up he was going to park it outside garage and noticed it was low on fuel, he took it and filled the tank up for me! There was a battery issue with the car a few days after getting home and registering/tags to drive it and I truly don't think it was by any fault of them as the battery was a genuine Honda battery replaced in 9/2024. They did disclose that the alternator was replaced and I appreciated the honesty because lets be frank - or whoever you want to be, buying a used car comes with flaws. If I was buying a new car with issues I would probably be upset but the fact is things like that are going to happen with a much older car (almost 20 years old) and sometimes it is an easy fix or not such an easy fix, but I hold them at no fault and even with the previous review I read on here, we are purchasing a vehicle "as-is" and that means you accept the condition it is in flaws and the moment you do your paperwork, take your keys and drive off with your vehicle it’s your vehicle and responsibility. Also, I am not having the payment either of a new vehicle so that's that! So, the overall experience was very nice. My son is very happy to have a starter car to learn to drive and if all goes well it maybe a permanent loaner car to him, we will see the responsible teenager grow and mature lol. Thank you Karl and Sherry and hope for my or my sons...... little Honda to enjoy years to come.
